If you have received damaged or defective products, we apologise in advance and ask you to please call us on 01256 300 480 and our customer services team will do everything they can to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Standard no-fault returns
- Goods can be returned up to 14 working days starting the day after delivery.
- Products are to be returned at your own cost, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
- The goods remain your responsibility until the goods have been received at AirPack Systems’ premises.
- For returns to be processed and refunded, please call us first for a returns number to attach to your returned goods.
- Goods must be returned in full pack quantities. We cannot offer any refunds on partial packs.
- For no-fault goods returned by the customer, AirPack Systems will refund the price paid minus a re-stocking administration fee of 15% of the value of the order.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable
- AirPack Systems will endeavour to process all returns within 3 days of receipt of the return.
